Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is a lightweight yet strong mesh product made by welding low carbon steel wires into a precise grid pattern, followed by electroplating with a thin layer of zinc. This electro-galvanization process provides a smooth, bright, and uniform finish that enhances corrosion resistance in mild environments. Known for its clean appearance and affordability, it is widely used in indoor applications such as partitions, display racks, shelves, cages, and protective barriers.

Surface Treatment and Coating

Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is zinc-coated after or before welding:
-Galvanized After Welding (GAW): Provides stronger corrosion resistance at weld points.
-Galvanized Before Welding (GBW): Offers clean appearance and consistent finish.  

Typical zinc coating: 15g/m² – 30g/m²
